UPDATE – Mark Seymour Homicide Investigation 15-29769
Investigators from the Major Crime Unit are releasing new details today in the September 28th, 2015 murder of Mark Seymour.
Detectives have reason to believe that one or both of the perpetrators in Mark Seymour’s murder were injured during the commission of the offence. The injury or injuries are believed to have resulted in abrasions and or cuts. Specific information as to how this has come to light is not being released but investigators feel confident enough in their belief to release this information at this time.

Man Charged with Historic Domestic Offences
A 49-year-old Kingston man has been arrested and charged with a total of 10 domestic-related offences beginning from 2008 and involving both his domestic partner and her adult son.
Kingston Police officers originally attended the family home on September 25, 2015 in relation to the 23-year-old son reporting that he had been assaulted by his mother’s common-law partner that evening. That investigation resulted in three counts of Assault being laid on the accused.
