Convenience Store Clerk Injured in Violent Robbery 15-19002 A 62-year-old clerk is recovering from injuries sustained during a violent robbery involving a gun that occurred at a local convenience store. On Canada Day, Wednesday, July 1 at 5:04 p.m. a lone male suspect entered the Convenience Top store located at the corner of Brock Street and Nelson Street. The victim was sitting behind the counter when the suspect approached him and violently struck him multiple times in the head with his right hand that was holding a handgun. Suspect Sought in Damage to Cineplex Odeon Kingston Police detectives are looking for assistance in identifying a suspect and his associate in relation to damage caused at a local movie theatre. At approximately 1:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 2 a movie was finishing at the Cineplex Odeon, located at 626 Gardiners Road, when the male suspect exited the building.
