Kingston Police Searching for Missing Woman 15-5801 Kingston Police and family members of 35-year-old Kingston woman, Rachel LANDRY, are concerned for her well-being and are appealing to the public for assistance in locating her. Shortly after noon on Sunday, March 1, 2015 Rachel was last seen by family at her east-end residence in the city of Kingston. She left in a 2008 tan or beige Hyundai Santa Fe SUV, with Ontario licence plate BLKM 658. The left rear quarter panel has an approximate 1x1 foot area of paint missing from it. Female Charged with Assaulting Strangers, Uttering Threats and Racial Slurs A 30-year-old Kingston female may have assaulted three women, unknown to her, for no other reason than the victims’ ethnicities. Shortly after 11:00 p.m. on Friday, February 27, 2015 the first female victim, walking on Division Street at Princess Street was assaulted by the accused. The victim went to the ground where the accused continued to kick and punch at her which potentially making a racist statement.
